In order to appeal to the highly mobile youth demographic, Warsaw aims to foster an environment that offers exceptional opportunities for studying, living, working, and leisure within the city
This envisioned complex is situated in Warsaw, Poland, specifically targeting the revitalization of the area adjacent to the Warsaw East Railway Station. The project's primary objective is to breathe new life into an old factory building, transforming it into a focal point for community integration. Notably, this endeavor aligns with the vision of a climate-neutral Warsaw by 2050 and is in line with the strategic goals of the Warsaw 2030 strategy.
This project includes 250 student dwelling units, 12 family residency, retail shops, a gym and a cultural center that was previously the old factory.
